Meeting Patients Where They Are

Each exercise program within the protocol is designed with the patient’s home environment and access to equipment in mind. The exercises are intentionally organized to minimize positional changes, and encourage a fluid, enjoyable circuit-based exercise experience.

Understanding that program duration impacts adherence, Limber Health's home exercise programs have been intentionally curated to take between 15-25 minutes.

The total length of the protocol is dependent upon the type of protocol prescribed.
